'You can't stop the rain' "The Unthinkable" - movie review

On demand currently is the disaster thriller from the team at Crazy Pictures THE UNTHINKABLE. Set during an dystopian invasion in Sweden, a top music producer rekindles a fire with the woman who taught him to love music. THE UNTHINKABLE is dark love story surrounded by fire and brimstone in a future not to far off from how we live today.

The team at Crazy Pictures takes you to the time of midsummer which is a popular holiday in Sweden. During this time period Alex returns to Sweden in search of a piano and so much more. He has an estranged relationship with his father that also resurfaces during the midst of a crisis.

THE UNHINKABLE is one of the films that will have the viewer yelling at the screen. Alex is clearly on the spectrum so it leads to a few "no way in hell he would have survived this moments." If you can get back the slow start of the film when the tension picks up it never lets go. Still it's truly a dark love story that will leave you with a few questions upon completion.

2.5/5
