Trailer poster debut for "The Devils Bath" opening in NYC 6/21 and arriving on Shudder 6/28

Veronika Franz and Severin Fiala's latest film, "The Devil's Bath," has been labeled a hellish psychodrama. Set in 1750 Austria, the film follows Agnes, a deeply religious woman who becomes increasingly tormented by the burdens of her new marriage. Trapped in a cycle of chores and expectations, Agnes spirals into despair, leading her down a dark path of evil thoughts and potential violence.

Based on historical court records, "The Devil's Bath" gives a voice to the invisible and unheard women of the rural past, exploring a shocking chapter of European history.

The new trailer and a stunning poster have been released by the studio. The film will have its North American premiere on Saturday, June 8th at 9:00 PM at Village East by Angelika, with public screenings on Sunday, June 9th at 9:00 PM and Thursday, June 13th at 9:15 PM, both at AMC 19th St. East 6. Look for the film in limited theaters with a special screening in NYC on June 21st, followed by its Shudder release on June 28th.
