Do we fully understand what Onslaught actually is? Not even close.
But that’s part of the appeal.
The trailer feels like someone tossed Universal Soldier, creature features, slasher films, and over-the-top action into a blender and somehow made it work. Seeing Alex Pereira continue expanding into Hollywood is another welcome surprise, and the updated footage finally gives us a better sense of the relentless action waiting on September 4.
It looks vicious. It looks loud. It looks unapologetically weird.
