Christmas slasher "He Sees You When You Are Sleeping" drops trailer from The Horror Collective

Today, The Horror Collective released the trailer for He Sees You When You Are Sleeping, a holiday slasher from director Charlie Steeds. While a menacing clown may be stealing most of the holiday horror spotlight this year, there are still a few killer Santa films to keep an eye on. Written by David Lenik, this campy horror flick features a deranged Santa targeting a wealthy family.

Horror legend Caroline Williams stars as one of the family leaders, and as the trailer shows, no one is safe. The film also features Nicholas Vince (Hellraiser) and Lauren-Marie Taylor (Friday the 13th Part 2). A young man's Christmas homecoming turns into a nightmare as a killer in a Santa suit gruesomely picks off his estranged, wealthy family for their fortune.

Directed by Charlie Steeds, who produced with Tom Malloy under his Trick Candle Productions banner. Executive Produced by Shaked Berenson, who is known for instant cult films such as Turbo Kid, The Man Who Killed HItler and Then the Bigfoot, Slaxx, Big Ass Spider!, Tales of Halloween, the anthology series Etheria and many others.

Williams is joined by Nicholas Vince, mostly known for his role in Hellraiser, Lauren-Marie Taylor from Friday the 13th Part 2, and David Lenik.

Director/Producer’s Charlie Steeds: “I knew David Lenik’s campy Christmas-themed slasher would be a blast to direct. It’s set in the 80s and we filmed on location in New York State. The script draws inspiration from horror classics such as Black Christmas, Scream and Silent Night Deadly Night which are all films I adore. I assembled an exciting cast to bring the story to life, including scream queen Caroline Williams (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2) David Lenik (An English Haunting) Peyton Michelle Edwards (Goodbye Honey) alongside horror veterans Lauren Marie-Taylor (Friday the 13th Part 2) and Nicholas Vince (Hellraiser).
