Dark Nuns Unleashes a New Chapter of Possession Horror This July
The chilling sequel to the 2015 Korean exorcism hit The Priests is finally here—and it’s not for the faint of faith. Directed by Hyeok-jae Kwon (Count), DARK NUNS follows two rogue sisters who defy the Church to save a possessed boy by any means necessary—even if it means working with shamans and breaking sacred laws.
Well Go USA will debut the film on Digital, Blu-ray™, and DVD (via Amazon) starting July 15.
The trailer teases pure spiritual warfare: sacred rites, forbidden rituals, and a descent into unholy chaos as the nuns risk their immortal souls in a last-ditch exorcism. Dark Nuns stars SONG Hye-kyo (The Grandmaster), JEON Yeo-been (Alienoid, Harbin), and LEE Jin-wook (Squid Game).
And if you missed the original, you’re in luck—THE PRIESTS will also be available digitally for the first time on July 15, alongside a Blu-ray and DVD release.
Directed by JANG Jae-hyun (Exhuma), The Priests stars KIM Yoon-seok (Noryang: Deadly Sea), GANG Dong-won (Peninsula), and PARK So-dam (Parasite) as two men of the cloth confronting a malevolent force that threatens to consume them all.
Dark Nuns
When Sister Giunia discovers young Hee-joon is possessed by a powerful demonic entity, the Church turns its back. Desperate, she joins forces with a defiant nun to perform a forbidden exorcism that spirals into chaos. As unholy truths unravel, the sisters must face the horrifying nature of the evil they’ve summoned—and the sins they’ve buried.
