Corporate Carnage Unleashed in Illya Konstantin’s Night of Violence—World Premiere at FrightFest 2025

You might want to rethink that office party.

Illya Konstantin’s Night of Violence is set to make its world premiere on opening night of FrightFest 2025, and if the synopsis is any indication, audiences are in for a brutal blend of corporate satire, workplace siege, and nerve-shredding thrills. The feature debut from Konstantin—who also wrote the script—dives headfirst into the horrors of unchecked capitalism, pharmaceutical power plays, and what happens when the people decide enough is enough.

Starring Kit Lang, Night of Violence follows a high-profile celebration in a downtown office tower after a pharmaceutical company wins a major legal battle and launches their latest drug, Azlepta. But the champagne barely has time to chill before a group of masked locals—disguised as caterers—storm the building with deadly precision. It’s not a robbery. It’s retribution.

As the night unfolds, a ragtag group of surviving employees is forced to abandon corporate protocol and fight for their lives. With blood on the walls and truths unraveling fast, the real question becomes: what is the cost of survival in a system built to exploit?

Premiering August 21 at the ODEON Luxe Leicester Square, Night of Violence promises to leave its mark on horror audiences and festivalgoers alike. The film blends unrelenting brutality with razor-edged dark comedy and social commentary—perfect for fans of The Belko Experiment, Mayhem, and Assault on Precinct 13.

“This is my debut feature, and I didn’t want to play it safe,” said Konstantin. “It’s scrappy, angry, satirical, and violent—but underneath all the madness is a question we’re still asking: what’s the price of survival in a world driven by profit?”

As the opioid crisis continues to ravage communities, Night of Violence doesn’t flinch. It stares directly into the abyss of corporate consequence and asks what happens when the victims strike back.

Brace yourself for a film that’s as furious as it is fun. Night of Violence might just be one of FrightFest’s most unhinged—and relevant—world premieres in years.

Stay tuned for our review, interviews, and all the red-carpet mayhem once the blood hits the boardroom.
