The Bad Visitor 2: Obsession Returns in the Chilling New Sequel

The Bad Visitor 2 Digs Deeper into Obsession and Paranoia

Just when you thought it was safe to move on, the past creeps back in.

Breaking Glass Pictures and filmmaker Omar Rogers are back to deliver another dose of psychological dread with The Bad Visitor 2—a gripping sequel that picks up the pieces left shattered in the original film and hammers them into something even more haunting. Streaming worldwide starting August 1, 2025, this follow-up promises higher stakes, deeper trauma, and the chilling realization that some nightmares never really end.

Still reeling from the events of the first film, David (played by Rogers himself) and Vanessa (Angielethia Carter) have traded the city for a peaceful lakeside retreat—hoping to finally reclaim their lives. But healing isn’t so simple. Old memories resurface. Strange events unfold. And soon, they’re forced to ask the question no survivor wants to: Did they ever really escape?

Co-starring Jasmine Craib and Kerry Sidberry, The Bad Visitor 2 slow-burns its way into full-on paranoia, tapping into the same emotional unease and relationship dread that made the original a sleeper hit. Fans of Sleeping with the Enemy and Obsessed will find plenty to chew on as the film tightens its grip and peels back the layers of trust, trauma, and unresolved obsession.

We’re taking things up a notch in this next chapter, while keeping that raw, emotional intensity people loved,” says writer-director-star Omar Rogers. And he’s not kidding. The sequel builds on the tense groundwork of the first and lets the darkness grow organically—no cheap thrills, just a steady descent into uncertainty.

Breaking Glass Pictures CEO Rich Wolff agrees: “The first Bad Visitor was a breakout success… This sequel raises the stakes while staying grounded in the intense emotional tension that made the first so compelling.

From Rogers Filmworks, this is a sequel that doesn’t just expand the story—it digs into the uncomfortable truths that many try to bury. The Bad Visitor 2 is about survival, recovery, and the price of unfinished business.

Streaming worldwide August 1. Don’t open the door.
