TRIBECA || BAD THINGS directed by Stewart Thorndike World Premiere 6/9

Updated: May 11, 2023

A group of friends in the Northeast escape to a serene, snowy resort for a weekend getaway, seeking relaxation and reconnection. However, what was supposed to be a peaceful retreat quickly turns into a harrowing nightmare as buried relationships and long-deceased guests resurface. With an all-star cast featuring Gayle Rankin (Netflix’s GLOW, MEN), Hari Nef (BARBIE, Amazon's Transparent), Annabelle Dexter-Jones (HBO's Succession), Rad Pereira (HBO's Betty), Jared Abrahamson (GOD’S TIME, Hulu’s Ramy), and Molly Ringwald (Ryan Murphy's Netflix Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story and his upcoming Feud), this new horror film will have you on the edge of your seat as the group fights for survival against the terrifying forces that threaten to consume them.

For a group of friends in the Northeast, a weekend getaway at a snowy resort sounds like just what the doctor ordered. An opportunity to reconnect, relax, and recuperate among serene, snow-capped mountains and trees. But peace doesn’t last long as the ghosts of guests past and relationships long buried come to light. Soon enough, their trip transforms into a psychological tailspin and bloody nightmare, as both long-deceased guests and the space itself come to life, and the group turn on each other in a race to stay alive.
