In the tradition of Host and Unfriended comes a new entry into the web-based horror canon: DON’T LOG OFF, the unnerving new thriller from filmmaking duo Brandon & Garret Baer (W.I.L.D.). Shot and set entirely in the virtual realm, the story taps into our screen-dependent culture with chilling results—and it’s coming to limited theaters July 11 and VOD on July 15, courtesy of Dread.

The premise is simple but sinister: what starts as a casual video chat among friends turns terrifying when one of them disappears mid-call. As the group scrambles to uncover her whereabouts, things go from eerie to deadly—fast. One by one, they begin to vanish, pulled into an unseen force that stalks their every click and keystroke.

DON’T LOG OFF stars Ariel Winter, taking a sharp turn from her Modern Family days, alongside a cast of familiar faces from teen dramas and thriller favorites: Brielle Barbusca (Scandal), Luke Benward (Dumplin’), Sterling Beaumon (The Killing), Jack Griffo (The Thundermans Return), Kara Royster (Pretty Little Liars), Ashley Argota (All American), and Khylin Rhambo (Teen Wolf).
