Adam O’Brien’s One-Shot Horror Film Bury the Devil Unveils Official Trailer Ahead of August 21 Release
A new supernatural horror film is preparing to arrive later this month, and its latest trailer highlights a unique filmmaking approach alongside its demonic premise.
Brainstorm Media has released the official trailer for Bury the Devil, the upcoming horror feature from director Adam O’Brien (Mom). The film will open in select theaters and on demand on August 21.
Written by John Petrizzi and Brad Hodson, Bury the Devil unfolds entirely in one continuous shot and takes place in real time, following a nurse whose overnight assignment turns into a fight for survival.
The film centers on a nurse caring for a patient suffering from dementia in an isolated home. As the patient’s behavior becomes increasingly unsettling, she begins to suspect something far more sinister is at work. Over the course of the night, she discovers the house is occupied by a demonic presence that gradually seeps through its walls, trapping everyone inside.
The cast includes Dawn Ford, Emmanuelle Lussier Martinez, and Bill Rowat.
Bury the Devil is produced by Philip Kalin-Hajdu, Benoit Beaulieu, and Adam O’Brien.
