Peacock has officially announced fall release dates for two upcoming scripted series, including the highly anticipated Crystal Lake, the upcoming prequel series connected to the Friday the 13th franchise.

According to the announcement made during NBCUniversal’s upfront presentations, Crystal Lake will premiere on Peacock on October 15, 2026.

The series stars Linda Cardellini as Pamela Voorhees and will explore the character’s life before the events of the original Friday the 13th film. William Catlett also stars in the series as Levon Brooks, although additional details regarding his role have not yet been revealed.

The project marks the franchise’s return to serialized television storytelling and continues Peacock’s growing investment in established horror properties.

Peacock also confirmed that The Good Daughter, a psychological thriller limited series based on the novel by Karin Slaughter, will debut on November 12, 2026.

The series stars Rose Byrne, Meghann Fahy, Brendan Gleeson, and Harper Steele. The story follows two sisters attempting to piece together the truth surrounding a violent event from their past.

Additional Peacock programming updates were also announced during the presentation.

The Paper, the upcoming series set within the same universe as The Office, is expected to premiere in September. The show centers on employees working at a struggling Midwestern newspaper and includes the return of Oscar Nuñez as Oscar Martinez.

The cast also includes Domhnall Gleeson, Chelsea Frei, Sabrina Impacciatore, and Alex Edelman.

Meanwhile, Dig, the upcoming comedy from Amy Poehler and Michael Schur, is scheduled to debut in November. The series follows four archaeologists in Greece who become involved in an international conspiracy after making a major discovery.

Peacock also confirmed that Ted: The Animated Series is currently listed as “coming soon.”

The announcements were made as part of NBCUniversal’s annual upfront presentation, which also included updates related to NBC programming, Bravo content, sports coverage, and additional streaming projects.
