Impression Entertainment Signs Ari Millen Ahead of Eli Roth’s Ice Cream Man

Impression Entertainment has signed Canadian actor Ari Millen, adding another genre-forward performer to its growing roster as Millen gears up for a summer release in Ice Cream Man, the upcoming horror feature produced by Eli Roth.

In the film, Millen plays exactly the kind of role the title promises—an ice cream man whose presence in a picture-perfect suburban town slowly curdles into something far more sinister. What begins as a harmless routine of sugary treats escalates into communal madness, with horrifying consequences that ripple outward from the town’s youngest residents.

Millen’s screen résumé includes appearances in The Expanse (2018), The Oak Room (2020), Vicious Fun (2020), and The Boy in the Woods (2023). He first broke out as multiple cloned characters opposite Tatiana Maslany on the acclaimed sci-fi series Orphan Black, a performance that earned him the 2016 Canadian Screen Award for Best Actor in a Dramatic Program or Series.

A native of Ontario, Millen studied theatre at Ryerson University—now Toronto Metropolitan University—before launching a career that bridged stage work and independent film. His signing continues a busy period for Impression Entertainment, founded by Jill Littman and Michael Baum, which recently added Heated Rivalry star François Arnaud. The company’s client list also includes Édgar Ramírez, Antony Starr, Reid Scott, and María Gabriela De Faría.

Millen remains represented by The Characters Talent Agency and Stewart Talent as anticipation builds for Ice Cream Man’s release later this summer.
