Lionsgate is continuing to expand the Saw franchise on 4K UHD, with Saw V, Saw VI and Saw VII all set to arrive on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and Digital on Nov. 10.
The three releases cover the stretch of the franchise in which Detective Mark Hoffman, played by Costas Mandylor, moves to the center of Jigsaw’s increasingly complicated legacy. Each film will include both its theatrical and extended or unrated version, along with previously released supplemental material and new Blu-ray-exclusive features created for the 2026 editions.
All three releases will be available for pre-order beginning Sept. 29.
David Hackl’s Saw V, originally released in 2008, picks up following the events of Saw IV as Hoffman emerges as the apparent successor to Jigsaw. FBI Agent Peter Strahm, played by Scott Patterson, becomes increasingly suspicious of Hoffman’s connection to the killings while another group of victims awakens inside a new series of interconnected tests.
Tobin Bell, Mandylor and Patterson star alongside Betsy Russell, Mark Rolston, Julie Benz, Carlo Rota and Meagan Good. Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan wrote the screenplay.
The Saw V release contains the 92-minute theatrical version and 96-minute extended cut. The extended version will feature an English Dolby Atmos track, while the theatrical version includes English 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio.
Among the new Blu-ray exclusives are Establishing Shot with Director David Hackl and Everybody Deserves a Chance: David Hackl on Saw V. The package also carries over two audio commentaries, individual featurettes examining the Pendulum, Cube and Coffin traps and the Fatal Five, a look at editing the Cube Trap sequence, behind-the-scenes material, cast and crew interviews, trailers and television spots.
The following year’s Saw VI marked Kevin Greutert’s feature directorial debut after editing several previous installments of the franchise. The story finds Hoffman firmly established as Jigsaw’s successor following Strahm’s death, but the FBI investigation is moving increasingly close to uncovering his identity.
At the same time, another game begins with health insurance executive William Easton at its center, connecting the latest series of tests to one of John Kramer’s personal grievances.

Bell, Mandylor and Russell return alongside Mark Rolston, Peter Outerbridge and Shawnee Smith. Melton and Dunstan again handled the screenplay.
The 4K release includes the 90-minute theatrical version and 92-minute extended version, with Dolby Atmos accompanying the extended cut and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio for the theatrical presentation.
Legacy extras include commentaries featuring Greutert, Melton and Dunstan as well as producers and executives behind the film. Featurettes explore Jigsaw, the traps and the making of the movie, alongside music videos, trailers, television spots, cast and crew interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and material featuring Bell.
A new Blu-ray-exclusive feature, The Murders Continue: Kevin Greutert on Saw VI, brings Greutert back to discuss the sixth chapter.
The trilogy of releases concludes with Saw VII, also known as Saw: The Final Chapter, which originally arrived in 2010 with Greutert returning to direct.
The film follows a group of Jigsaw survivors who turn to self-help guru Bobby Dagen, played by Sean Patrick Flanery, while the battle surrounding Jigsaw’s legacy continues. Dagen, however, is hiding secrets of his own as another series of games begins.
Bell, Mandylor and Russell return, with Flanery and Cary Elwes among the cast.
Both the theatrical and extended versions run approximately 90 minutes. The extended cut receives Dolby Atmos audio, while the theatrical version includes a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track. The presentation will also feature Dolby Vision.
A new Blu-ray feature, Will You Survive Until the End? Director Kevin Greutert on Saw VII, accompanies an extensive collection of archival material. Additional supplements include producer and writer commentaries for the unrated cut, deleted and extended scenes, 52 Ways to Die, music videos, behind-the-scenes footage, cast and crew interviews and trailers.
The three releases provide another physical-media upgrade for a stretch of the Saw franchise that significantly expanded the mythology surrounding Hoffman, Amanda Young and John Kramer’s plans after his death.
It is also a particularly substantial release for collectors who have been waiting for more of the sequels to make the jump to 4K. Rather than simply upgrading the films themselves, Lionsgate is retaining a sizable portion of the existing supplemental material while adding retrospective conversations with Hackl and Greutert.
The extended versions receiving Dolby Atmos tracks should provide another reason for longtime fans to revisit the films, particularly given how much the Saw experience depends upon Charlie Clouser’s score, industrial sound design and the mechanical chaos accompanying the franchise’s traps.
And for anyone looking to revisit the Hoffman era, Nov. 10 is going to make for one hell of a triple feature.
