Halloween season kicks off in the baking tent. The Roku Channel is set to debut The Great American Baking Show: Celebrity Halloween on October 1, a one-episode special that mixes sugar, spice, and a little fright.

This time, judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith put four beloved stars to the test: stand-up favorite Patton Oswalt, Saturday Night Live legend Rachel Dratch, comedy powerhouse Leslie Jones, and actor-comedian Adam Pally. Hosting the haunted fun are Casey Wilson (Happy Endings) and Andrew Rannells (Girls, The Book of Mormon).

Across three Halloween-themed challenges, the celebrities will attempt to whip, whisk, and decorate their way into the judges’ good graces. Expect creepy confections, monstrous mishaps, and ghoulishly inventive showstoppers as the tent transforms into a battleground of spooky desserts.

The special is produced by Love Productions, with Jeremy Finn, Todd Frangella, Richard McKerrow, Letty Kavanagh, and Patricia Clark serving as executive producers.

Only one contestant will rise from the pumpkin patch of flour and frosting to claim the title of Star Baker in this frightfully festive showdown.
