‘Adrenaline’ Trailer Sends Louis Mandylor Into Action Ahead of November Digital Release
Lionsgate has released a new trailer for Adrenaline, an action thriller starring Louis Mandylor that will arrive on digital platforms Nov. 24.
Directed by Massimiliano Cerchi, the film centers on a family vacation that turns violent when the daughter of an FBI agent is kidnapped. With time running out to recover her daughter, the agent joins forces with a street-smart criminal and sets out after the people responsible for the abduction.
Louis Mandylor leads the cast alongside Costas Mandylor, Adam Saini and Constance Payne.
The newly released trailer places the emphasis on the film’s action, showcasing hand-to-hand combat, gunfire, chases and stunt-driven confrontations as the search for the kidnapped girl escalates.
Based on the footage released by Lionsgate, Adrenaline appears positioned as a straightforward action thriller built around a high volume of physical set pieces. The trailer in particular highlights the stunt choreography, with much of the preview moving quickly between fights and larger action sequences rather than revealing additional details about the film’s story.
Cerchi directs from a story credited to Cerchi and Adrian Milnes.
The filmmaker has worked extensively in independent genre productions, with Adrenaline continuing that focus while bringing together Louis and Costas Mandylor, whose careers have included numerous action, thriller and horror projects.
Louis Mandylor has maintained a steady presence in genre cinema, with credits spanning action films and thrillers alongside appearances in the My Big Fat Greek Wedding franchise. Costas Mandylor is also familiar to horror audiences through his recurring role as Mark Hoffman in the Saw franchise.
For Adrenaline, the brothers join a story centered on a mother’s attempt to retrieve her daughter as an initially planned family getaway becomes a rescue mission.
The film joins Lionsgate’s late-year digital slate, arriving shortly before the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States.
