With London crime boss Mick Roman deathly ill, the search for his successor becomes urgent. The only candidates are an aging consigliere and an impulsive enforcer, both of whom are ill-suited for the role. As the family grapples with a paranoid ex-soldier, the return of a rebellious niece, and a chaotic, drug-fuelled business meeting in Amsterdam, deceit, ambition, and infighting threaten to bring down their empire.
