One of 2026's biggest horror success stories is headed home.
Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has announced that Obsession, the psychological horror thriller from writer-director Curry Barker, is now available on Digital and will arrive on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on July 14.
The home release follows the film's record-setting theatrical run, where Obsession emerged as one of the year's most talked-about horror titles. Released through Focus Features, the film has continued to build momentum with audiences and critics alike, earning an A CinemaScore along with Certified Fresh and Verified Hot designations on Rotten Tomatoes.
The film follows a hopeless romantic who breaks the mysterious "One Wish Willow" in hopes of winning over his crush. While his wish appears to come true, he soon discovers that getting exactly what he wanted may come with consequences far darker than he ever imagined.
Michael Johnston (Slash, Endangered Species) stars alongside Inde Navarrette (Superman & Lois, Wander Darkly), with Cooper Tomlinson, Megan Lawless, and Emmy Award nominee Andy Richter rounding out the cast.
Obsession was written, directed, and edited by Curry Barker, whose previous work includes Milk & Serial and That's a Bad Idea. The film was executive produced by Jason Blum and produced by James Harris, Haley Nicole Johnson, Christian Mercuri, and Roman Viaris.
