‘Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle I’ Is Now Streaming on Netflix
‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle I’ Arrives on Netflix as October Anime Lineup Expands
Following its theatrical run, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle I is now available to stream on Netflix.
The film arrives on the service after becoming the highest-grossing anime film globally, bringing the latest chapter of the Demon Slayer franchise to streaming audiences as Netflix prepares to roll out six additional anime releases throughout October.
The arrival of Infinity Castle I gives Demon Slayer fans another way to experience the film following its theatrical release while adding one of anime’s biggest contemporary franchises to Netflix’s current lineup.
October will bring several more anime premieres and returning series to the platform in the U.S., beginning with the second season of The Ramparts of Ice on Oct. 1.
Ranma 1/2 returns for its third season on Oct. 3, continuing the latest adaptation of Rumiko Takahashi’s martial arts comedy. One day later, Netflix will debut both the second season of Blue Box and Snowball Earth on Oct. 4.
The month’s lineup continues with Rooster Fighter on Oct. 10, bringing the action series centered on an unlikely feathered hero to the service.
Netflix will close out the announced October anime slate with special episodes of My Happy Marriage on Oct. 25.
The lineup gives the streamer a mix of romance, comedy, action and post-apocalyptic storytelling throughout the month, with established properties appearing alongside newer additions.
Netflix continues to expand its anime distribution internationally, making titles available across more than 190 countries and regions. The service supports its anime catalog with subtitles and dubbing across multiple languages, along with accessibility options including audio descriptions.
The company has also continued working with Japanese creators and studios as anime becomes an increasingly significant part of its larger animation catalog.
For now, the biggest immediate addition is Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle I, which is available to stream on Netflix now, followed by the next wave of anime releases beginning Oct. 1.
