NEON Unveils Official Posters for Leviticus Ahead of Trailer Debut

One of the more talked-about titles from the festival circuit is building momentum toward release. NEON has revealed the official posters for Leviticus, the upcoming horror feature from Adrian Chirella, with the full trailer set to debut tomorrow. The film is scheduled to hit theaters June 19.

The dual-poster rollout highlights the film’s central dynamic—two mirrored images of the lead characters, each holding the other. The design reinforces the film’s premise, where identity, desire, and fear intersect in a controlled, oppressive environment.

Leviticus follows two teenage boys trapped within a conversion-style camp designed to “correct” their identities. Their situation escalates when a violent entity begins to take form—appearing as the person they desire most, forcing them into a confrontation that is both psychological and physical.

The film stars Joe Bird and Stacy Clawson, with early festival reactions from Sundance Film Festival and SXSW Film Festival placing it among the more emotionally driven horror titles of the year.

Tonally, Leviticus blends psychological horror with character-focused drama, using its supernatural element as a reflection of internal conflict and external pressure. The setting—a camp built on control and repression—serves as both backdrop and catalyst for the film’s escalating tension.

The poster campaign emphasizes duality and inversion, aligning with the film’s core themes of identity and perception. With the trailer arriving tomorrow, a clearer look at the film’s tone and structure is expected.

Leviticus opens in theaters June 19.
