Official Trailer: Maika Monroe Descends Into Madness in Victorian Psycho
The official trailer for Victorian Psycho has arrived, offering a blood-soaked look at the gothic horror thriller that will bring Maika Monroe back to the big screen when it opens in theaters September 25.
Set in England in 1858, Victorian Psycho stars Monroe as an eccentric governess who arrives at a remote gothic manor, where a series of increasingly disturbing events leads those around her to suspect she may not be who she claims to be. As the trailer unfolds, the mystery quickly spirals into a surreal nightmare filled with gruesome violence, psychological tension, and darkly twisted imagery.
Directed by Zachary Wigon (Sanctuary) and written by Virginia Feito, the film also stars Jason Isaacs, Ruth Wilson, and Thomasin McKenzie.
