The Finnish cult favorite "Heavy Trip" is back with a sequel that promises to crank up the volume. "Heavier Trip," directed by Juuso Laatio and Jukka Vidgren, is gearing up for its world premiere at this year's Fantastic Fest, complete with a special Q&A session featuring talent to be announced soon.
In "Heavier Trip," the band Impaled Rektum faces their wildest challenges yet. After escaping a Norwegian prison, the members must save a reindeer slaughterhouse from foreclosure. Their journey doesn’t stop there; they find themselves battling against a Faustian music promoter who offers them Rock God superstardom at a steep price.
