‘Amityville Shark House’ Heads to Digital and On Demand This June
The ever-expanding Amityville Shark House arrives on Digital and Video on Demand platforms June 30 as the latest entry connected to the long-running Amityville horror universe.
Directed by genre filmmakers Shawn C. Phillips and Will Collazo Jr., the indie horror project blends supernatural horror, creature feature chaos, cult mythology, and body horror inside another twisted reimagining tied to the infamous Amityville name.
The film stars Shawn C. Phillips alongside Julie Anne Prescott, Tasha Tacosa, and Maritza Brikisak.
According to the official synopsis, the story begins after Richard uncovers a mysterious shark idol hidden beneath the floorboards of the Amityville house. The discovery awakens an ancient supernatural force that slowly begins merging with him while spreading violence and chaos throughout a nearby coastal town.
As the killings escalate, a growing cult becomes convinced their monstrous shark deity has returned, turning the town into the center of a bloody supernatural nightmare.

The trailer and promotional material heavily embrace practical gore effects, creature horror energy, and over-the-top indie genre filmmaking. The concept itself pushes the already unpredictable Amityville franchise deeper into creature feature territory while mixing in possession horror and cult mythology.
Shawn C. Phillips has become a recognizable name within independent horror circles through projects including Desert Fiends, Woods Witch, and Staycation. Amityville Shark House continues that low budget indie horror tradition with a concept that leans fully into absurdity, supernatural violence, and creature-driven carnage.
The film appears positioned squarely for fans of underground creature features, indie splatter films, and the increasingly chaotic evolution of the Amityville horror subgenre.
Amityville Shark House arrives on Digital and VOD June 30.
